Digital delivery
Instant-download products are delivered by email within minutes of purchase. Links remain active for 30 days. Files are for personal use — edit in Canva or print at home.
Physical shipping
Made-to-order mugs, blankets, canvas, apparel, and home goods are produced on demand and shipped directly to you. Typical production plus transit: 5–10 business days (US). Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Refunds
Downloads: If files are corrupted or inaccessible, contact support@pawprintarchive.shop within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Physical: Misprints, damage in transit, or wrong personalization due to our error — contact us with photos within 14 days of delivery.
License
Templates and artwork are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may print for yourself or as a gift. Reselling templates or artwork as-is is not permitted.
